Noah Levine Dharma Talk & Meditation: Aspirations, Goals & Hope for Your Spiritual Life Noah Levine

April 15, 2020 The Buddha’s teaching our quite clear; he only teaches the truth of human suffering, what causes our suffering, our happiness, and a method, a technique, an experience that leads to the end of suffering.

So whatever our personal aspiration is, whether its, “I want total freedom, or I want just a little less suffering”, when we enter the Buddhist path we are offered a path, a technique, a process of understanding reality, understanding the human condition, our minds, our hearts, our bodies, this form and this world that we are living in; understanding it in a way that gives us the ability to respond wisely and therefore end suffering.

This Buddhist Dharma Talk is based on 'Against The Stream: A Buddhist Manual for Spiritual Revolutionaries'. We’re making all of 'Against The Stream' available for free on our blog (one piece at a time). Read along here.
